**Summary**:
**Job responsabilities**:
- Capture and Enter Leads: Ensure timely and accurate capture and entry of all incoming leads into our lead management system (Salesforce), including comprehensive recording of lead information and interactions.
- Lead Distribution: Collaborate with the sales team to distribute qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives or teams, ensuring alignment with their expertise and territories.
- Lead Tracking and Management: Continuously monitor and track the progress of leads through the sales funnel, updating their status, recording interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up from the sales and marketing teams.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on lead performance metrics, such as lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI on lead generation activities, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve lead management processes, including lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and handoff, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.




- Collaboration and Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead management strategies, goals, and objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in sales, lead management, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management best practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
