**Business Process Analyst
- support to SHE IT systems**
This position is open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.
Location: Guadalajara (hybrid)
Strong English communication skills required.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will work with the Senior Business Process Analyst, the AstraZeneca IT Support team and the System Owner. You will implement solutions that enhance business process performance based on requirements set by Business Process Owners. You will collaborate with development teams to implement new system requirements, communicate system change requests to external IT partners, and act as a main point of contact for any technical questions or issues. You will also define successful outcomes for system testing and work closely with testers to ensure problems are identified and resolved. The role will involve conducting some User Acceptance Testing.
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT Experience in a role related to IT business analysis, and/or data management
- Experience with IT requirements, analysis and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
**Preferred Skills/Experience**:
- Familiarity with analytics tools,
especially PowerBI
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology or experience working in an Agile environment
- Good understanding of change management and communications principles
