**Business Steering Crop Protection**
**_Your task and responsabilities:_**
- Lead the financial planning of the CP business in MEX & Focal Point for Unit 2 in close cooperation with Business Steering Consolidation, Sales, Product Supply, Customer Marketing, Accounting and regional stakeholders.
- Lead the financial analysis and reporting for CP Mexico P&L; for actuals, forecast, estimation, budget / plan detailing, as well as SBP (Strategic Business Planning).
- Balance the opportunities and risks in Crop Protection Mexico.
- Provide support on financial analysis to main stakeholders in MEX aggregating value for decision process.
- Drive innovation and digital solutions to increase speed and efficiency.
- Lead the market funding activities in all the Crop Protection Business, assuring the correct balances of the commercial programs in Mexico

**_Who you are:_**
- Higher education in Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- English (strong oral and writing)
- Min. 3 years experience in financial analysis
- Experience working in multifunctional steams
- Strong analytical skills and problems solving
- Strong communication skills
