**Exciting Opportunity for an On-Site Architect in Mexico City!**
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 9+ years of experience in software development, including extensive work with React, Redux, Node.js, Express, Koa, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Demonstrated experience in a startup environment is preferred.
**Technical Skills**:
- Advanced proficiency in React, React Native, GraphQL, Firebase, and modern design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
- Strong understanding of Git and experience with technical documentation and eCommerce principles.
**Language Proficiency**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Based in Mexico City and available for on-site work.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Architectural Design & Planning**:
- Develop and document scalable, high-performance architectures with a focus on security and maintainability.
- Create detailed system designs, including APIs, data models, and deployment strategies, adhering to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions align with business requirements and project objectives.
**Technology Evaluation & Selection**:
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.




**Leadership & Collaboration**:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team.
**Stakeholder Communication**:
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams.
- Address feedback and adjust project plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
**Quality Assurance & Performance Optimization**:
- Define and enforce coding standards and quality assurance processes to deliver reliable, secure software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and system testing to identify and address areas for improvement.
**Compliance & Security**:
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and security requirements by implementing robust security measures.
- Perform regular security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
