Ensure that the company's manufacturing processes and products comply with the required quality standards, implementing strategies that guarantee continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in the metalworking and precision machining sectors.
- The Quality Manager of the Chihuahua Facility is responsible for ensuring that the processes are established in compliance with the Corporate Quality System and fulfilling all the pertinent Customer Requirements. Internally, he/she represents the voice of the customer and oversees the process and product on their behalf.
- He/she will administer the Quality System, manage the Quality Engineering and Inspection, the Technical Training department, and the Supplier Quality Audits. He/she is responsible for the continuous improvement in the plant.
- A Key position in the organization, with high visibility inside and outside the Chihuahua Plant.
- Reports directly to the General Manager and has a dotted line to the Corporate Quality Manager.
**Required**:
- Engineering Degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical or related areas.




- A Minimum of 3 years working as Quality Manager or equivalent position.
- 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Bilingual English Spanish
- Negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in the FAI and PPAP Validation processes.
- Experience in GD&T; and Interpretation of Drawings.
- Solid knowledge of the AS9100 - ISO9001 Standards in current revisions.
- Mexican Passport and Valid Laser Visa.
- Skills in the Management of Computational Packages: Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skills in the Elaboration of Graphics and Metrics.
