About the Role: Compromising quality, safety and regulatory requirements, generating competitive advantages for the company’s regional business strategies. Drive synergies between the different divisions and improve performance complying with all respective international trade laws and GxP regulations. Ensure Business Continuity Plans are in place to protect the Mexican market.
**About the Role**:
- Implement cross-divisional projects Ensure that Warehousing and Distribution operations in the country address the business needs, according to Novartis policies. Ensure that the imports operations are in compliance delivering the products, semi-finished and raw materials on time and in a good quality according to the Novartis standards and Custom and Trade Compliance guidelines and policies
- Support the search and selection of Logistics Partners, in line with Technical Operations (TechOps) guidelines and country requirements, with the support of Sourcing, HSE, and Quality Assurance areas
- Provide the necessary support to ensure finished goods availability for sales and medical samples distribution, through the coordination of all transport operations and involved service providers Optimize the end-to-end efficiency of sales order delivery process in time and cost, and drive synergies between the different divisions to improve performance.



Foster LEAN mind set in Warehousing and Distribution activities searching for excellence in performance as well as cost reduction Support all tactical and strategic end-to-end Warehouse & Distribution activities
- Run quantitative analysis on performance and key performance indicators, in order to manage overall operation in terms of costs, time and quality. Ensure the root cause analysis, and action plan implementation if needed when KPIs are out of range. Visit clients in order to develop an open and constructive relationship in order to optimize processes and increase service level.
- Support strategies and action plans defined by QA, HSE and Security for third parties Support to deliver the budget and expenses of the organization, by driving improvement projects leading to increased effectiveness and superior results
- Deploy solutions to drive operational effectiveness by stimulating the use of new systems and tools Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including Records Management) and continuous improvements.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- University/Advanced degree is required. Master’s Degree/other advanced degree is preferred.
