RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze BI requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI reports and dashboards
- Implement and refine governance models for effective BI analytics management
- Optimize and enhance data warehouses to support reporting needs
- Integrate new data sources and datasets into the existing BI framework
- Create technical documentation and maintain stringent quality control on all deliverables
- Train and mentor junior developers in BI development best practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence
- Continuously evaluate and refine existing BI systems to improve performance and functionality
- Lead and contribute to the overall BI strategy and roadmap
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience as a BI developer or a similar role
- Proficiency in Tableau Development and Administration
- Background in data warehouse modeling
- Expertise in SQL with the ability to independently mine data and create visualizations




- Knowledge of ETL processes, OLAP, and data cubes
- Competency in BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or similar
- Understanding of daa integration techniques and tools like SSIS, Informatica
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
- Fluent English skills at a B2+ level
