**About the Role**
Join TD SYNNEX as a Financial Solutions Specialist, where you will research and market financial solutions to assigned customers and accounts, promoting TD SYNNEX Capital's business. Your responsibilities will include customer engagements, quote follow-up, pipeline management, and providing education on financial solutions and promotions.
**What You'll Do**
- Act as a primary point of contact for managing and growing relationships with assigned customers. Engage customers to identify their needs and promote financial solutions.
- Create and deliver financial solutions using appropriate tools and technical knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests effectively.
- Provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, and support regarding TD SYNNEX Capital financial solutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX Capital's financial solutions.
- Negotiate terms such as pricing, structuring, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial results.
- Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues such as credit and documentation, escalating issues when necessary.
**What We're Looking For**
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Written and oral proficiency both in English and Spanish
- Skillful negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Clear communication skills to convey necessary information effectively.
- Strong data entry skills and ability to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
- Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a multi-cultural awareness.
- Organizational and time management skills to drive tasks to completion.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.




- Quick learning ability for new systems and technology.
**Experience**:
- +1years of relevant work experience.
- Financial Solutions or Inside Sales experience a plus.
Education & Certifications:
- High School Graduate with HS Diploma field of study required.
- Associate Degree with Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.
**Working Conditions**
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 1:00am to 10:00am Guadalajara Time.
- Professional environment (Remote).
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
