**Your Role**:
- **Operational Excellence**: Craft and execute forward-thinking operational strategies to ensure seamless and impactful results.
- **Value and Solution Delivery Assurance**: Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. Champion Agile practices and drive effective project planning and execution.
- **Risk Management**: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain smooth operations. Address project challenges before they impact outcomes.
- **Process Optimization**: Continuously enhance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, supporting the development of new tools and methodologies.
- **Technical Expertise**: Utilize your deep technical knowledge to support operations and ensure superior service delivery.
- **Team Collaboration**: Align operational efforts with client needs by working closely with various stakeholders to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
- **Sales and Commercial Support**: Validate proposals for feasibility, lead discovery workshops, and assist the Sales Department in creating and pursuing new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Forge strong relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.




**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of project management experience with a robust understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum. Proven ability to manage teams and lead diverse, distributed groups.
- **Nice to have: technical understanding **of software technologies and systems, with experience in managing software development projects.
- **Leadership and Communication**: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to all levels of stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- **Adaptability**: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
- **Business Acumen**: Basic understanding of sales or business development is advantageous. Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders and business analysis skills are highly desirable.
- **Visa**: A valid visa is a significant plus.
