We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Manager to lead our administrative team and manage various construction projects remotely.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 Project Managers and Admins.
- Oversee and coordinate the order and delivery of materials to job sites.
- Ensure effective crew management and dispatch subcontractors and equipment.
- Facilitate site planning and weekly operations meetings.
- Track company resource usage and identify potential project risks.
- Propose solutions for identified risks and ensure smooth project execution.
- Measure and manage client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and monitor vendor pricing.




**Qualifications**:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to take full responsibility for team performance.
- Strong background in construction, with experience managing crews.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management, including resource tracking and risk management.
- Ability to effectively dispatch crews and subcontractors for various projects.
- Strong communication skills for leading meetings and managing client relationships.
