The Buildings Trades Supervisor/Project Coordinator directly supervises a team of 12 employees responsible for the preparation, maintenance and repair, and improvement of facilities on the Embassy compound and outbuildings. The staff consists of General Maintenance Workers, Carpenters, Trades Helpers, and Escorts. The position is responsible for actively planning the work of these tradespeople and coordinating with the projects team and maintenance supervisors in the planning, development, and execution of in-house improvement and maintenance projects. The incumbent reports directly to the Building Engineer and is a critical member of the team.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Three (3) years of progressive, responsible, professional experience in administration, management, or office management is required.
- Two (2) years of college or university studies is required. (A minimum of 50% of credits completion).




- Fluent English and Spanish is required (This may be tested)
- Must possess a valid driver license.
- Availability to work fulltime and on-site.
