- Supervise & facilitates training and employee development. Provides evaluation guidelines to managers and supervisors. Establishes training goals for the complex. Develops technical training programs that address specific business needs. Documents and maintain all training records. Develops and maintains training manuals, training matrix and documented processes. Identifies training needs and develops strategies to comply with requirements. Manages resources, technology and technical training instructors to execute training plan. Creates a curriculum, courses and matrix to facilitate strategic training based on the complex goals. Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement. Manage the training budget. Evaluates organizational performance to ensure that training is complex’s business needs.
Experiência y requisitos




- Bachelor"s degree. Engineering, business. 2 years’ experience Supervisory in technical training and development. Excellent track record in developing and executing successful training programs. Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills. Knowledge on modern training processes. Strategic and creative mindset. Fully Bilingual.
