**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in similar position.
- Management of ERP, ATS, or Talent Management CRM (Phenom, Taleo, Workday, SAP).
- Advanced level of English is a must.
- Solid experience recruiting profiles for Manufacturing and Electrical industries.
- Experience with active sourcing, head hunting,



LinkedIn and job boards management
