**Main Responsibilities**:
- Assure End to End service for Business Line Application
- Analyze Business Applications Behavior
- Assure Teams integration for End to End Service
- Every service should go from Help Desk, to Level2, Level3, using the ITIL Process smoothly.
- Identify if any process or team has issues to assure a smoothly process
- Define and coordinate necessary action to fix any service break
- Assure Business Users experience satisfaction
- Provide visibility of End to End service performance
- Resolve stability and performance issues
- CRM Function for Business Line IT-Ops Service Requirements
- Address operation and project requests to a successful delivery
- Manage Continuous Improvement Projects
**Position Challenges**:
- Understand the Ready Mix Operation and Applications
- Keep close to Ready Mix Project Teams to understand the evolution path and support the success of the project and support services
**Qualifications**:
- English and Spanish required.
- IT Engineering Academic Background
- Experienced on IT Projects
- Development skills
- IT infrastructure background (Servers / Network)




- ServiceNow CMDB / Service Mapping knowledge desirable
- Soft Skills.
- High analytical skills
- Leadership skill to manage multidisciplinary teams
