Sr Machine Learning Engineer
**Responsibilities**
You will be part of our success by:
- Design, automate, and implement machine learning models and algorithms in production environments on cloud platforms.
- Implement and optimize MLOps best practices to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain ML infrastructure to support efficient and scalable solutions.
- Select appropriate data sets and representation methods, perform statistical analysis, and verify data quality.
- Run machine learning tests and improve models based on those tests.
- Identify differences in data distribution that affects model performance.
- Collaborate within and across teams to manage data and models.
- Automate and orchestrate machine learning pipelines.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in the ML life cycle.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field.
- At least 1+ years of experience working with business centered, machine learning frameworks, libraries, and packages.
- Strong proficiency in MLOps methodologies and industry trends.




- Solid programming skills for production-ready code in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Scala.
- Solid background in software development.
- Proficiency in the full ML life cycle: model development, training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and refinement.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for ML models.
- Experience with ML, deep learning models and frameworks.
- Experience in model deployment in cloud-based infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in big data technologies like Spark.
- Professional written and spoken English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Passion for data-driven decision making.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of agile project development techniques (e.g. Scrum).
- Experience with ML model deployment orchestration platforms like MLflow.
