Ensure the performance of Test staffs & Machine are working high efficiency by monitoring and comparing with GPV stand UPH.
- Create and update test program for test machine and equipment.
- Maintain of machine, equipment, and spare part in testing section.
- Analyze and repair failure product to be good product.
- Collect and submit product yield report as required either daily, weekly, or monthly with action plan for improvement.
- Request Quality Department for assistance to prevent problems / to solve problems / measurement tasks in order to ensure quality.
- Suggest to improvements / cost savings and investments.
- Track and control for WIP under debug to be Qty 0
- Develop and maintain debug guidelines (Cook book)



for improvement and creating knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic engineering or any other career that allow position performing.
- Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking.
- Good command for English.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience from Electronics production (EMS).
- Strong knowledge on test systems for EMS PCBA and Box assembly operations such as ICT, FP, FT, HALT, Burn in.
