**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proven professional to join our team as a Site Payments Associate II. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the flawless execution of site payments for our Mexico operations. As a member of our ambitious team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our operations and contribute to our world-class service delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Determine site payment amounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
- Collaborate with team members to resolve payment-related issues
- Conduct payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the development and implementation of payment processes and procedures
- Maintain payment records and documentation in a well-organized manner
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site payments or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
- Proficiency in using payment systems and software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines




- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
**Education**:
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification / Bachelor's degree preferred Technical positions may require a certificate.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 6 years).
- In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered
