Albéa is a general leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Matamoros is North America’s Center of Excellence for Mascara, Lip Gloss and Lipstick Packaging.
**Scope**
Executing site level agreements, being sensitive to customer needs and business restrictions and involving the commercial group. Credit management impact on being able to deliver finished goods, and its effect on future production schedules. Anticipating risks in regards to completion of production schedules in an effective manner. Being able to remove roadblocks. Managing abrupt customer demand fluctuation, both increases and decreases in demand. Being able to fill the gap and it's effect in cost, delivery and quality.
**Main activities**
- Manages all supply chain functions for the Matamoros site, including planning, buying, traffic, import-export, customer service and inventory control
- Manage customer service efforts to insure appropriate levels of customer responsiveness
- Manage and ensure accuracy of master data for planning, inventory accuracy, etc
- Participate in/identify continuous improvement projects to impact business results
- Oversee Supply Chain processes to achieve inventory control goals
- Convert corporate initiatives into language & priorities for local supply chain execution




- Take appropriate actions in case of deviation of the results, or crisis
- Manage & cross-train department employees for performance & future flexibility/advancement within the business

**Profile (Experience & qualifications)**
- *Experience and education*
- Bachelor degree (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Admin, a plus).
- APICS certification or CPIM a plus.
- Experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment 5-10 years.
- 2 Knowledge/Technical Skills required
- Strong ERP and data analytics background (data mining). Work with partners to work with the ERP systems interactively.
- Strong financial background/experience, MBA a plus.
- 3 Leadership skills
