**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**
As a **Senior Recruiter**, you'll support hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds are met! The role of the Senior Recruiter is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. This will involve using various systems and tools/ processes to provide a recruitment service for a specific business unit.
**This role requires someone to be onsite at the Monterrey, Mexico 2 days a week.**
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Your duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- You'll ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
- You'll lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements agreed on timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process. Where possible, include member(s) of the Client Services team in the discussion and if not, share the outcome of the discussion with them to ensure they can develop the sourcing plan and source effectively for the role.
- An important part of this role is about building and maintaining hiring manager relationships. You'll be responsible for client satisfaction within your own business area.
- You'll be compliant with legislation affecting the area of work (e.g. age discrimination).
- Finally, you'll Manage recruitment projects alongside recruitment activities.
**Skills & Experience**:
**_Must haves_**
- Experience of working within Pharmaceuticals or the Life Sciences sector.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines.
- Management of recruitment activities across various markets.
- Screening and interviewing experience is essential for this role.
- You'll have experience in using recruitment technology and recruitment databases.
- Another must have is to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Any inter-regional experience is a bonus.
- Experience in influencing and persuading stakeholders to take a course of action.
