**Job description**
- Implements and develops customer deliverables independently using Syniti methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Develop and test all technical solutions per functional specifications and conduct user training as needed
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration / Data Governance methodology
- Demonstrating strong proficiency in Syniti’s tools, working to prescribed development standards
- Good understanding of business processes for assigned functional area
- Provide expert level business analysis on the following SAP modules - FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS
- Implements and develops customer deliverables using Syniti methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements
- Creation and Maintenance of SAP Data Migration plan
- SAP Data Extraction, Transform and Load
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process area
- Developing data migration / governance rules in Syniti’s tools as per supplied specification
- Contributing to integrated data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis
- Designing, creating and executing reports in alignment to project deliverables
- Creating and maintaining data load programs
- Maintaining related documentation




- Execution of end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree level qualification in Computer Science (or other technology related field)
- 5+ years of ERP techno-functional or functional experience, SAP preferred
- Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis
- Experience with data quality analysis, statistical analysis and/or modeling
- Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data
- Proficient in DSP, SAP Data Service, SAP Information Steward or other Data Migration tools
- Proficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure and relational databases)
- Functional ERP (SAP) experience
- Project Experience: Multiple ERP implementations
- Experience with T-SQL
- Database experience
- SQL Server, Oracle etc.
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Proficient in MS Office Excel / Word / Access
**Job requirements**
Data migration skills and must fluent in Spanish language along with English.
**ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL **(Will be evaluated).
**Job type**: On-site in Parque Industrial Norte, Hermosillo Sonora.
