**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Controls and compliance role will support Information Security processes to ensure quarterly Information Security controls testing and compliance initiatives. This role will also provide support for process teams and process improvement initiatives by supporting through analysis, documentation, and testing. The role requires the understanding of the Information Security standards, control design and testing concepts, and ability to coordinate across teams.
**Your Impact**
As **Associate Manager, Controls, InfoSec, IT** your scope would consist of:
- Create and coordinate quarterly testing plans and ensure testing and documentation is complete per guidelines
- Collaborate with various stakeholders in IT and InfoSec to understand processes and complete testing
- Create and maintain reports to support the team in the control development and testing




- Monitor control testing and processes and ensure updates are made as necessary
- Drive Information Security policy and standards
- Coordinate documentation and attestations across IT and InfoSec teams for key compliance initiatives.
- Provide updates to process teams
Qualifications:

**Key Skills/Experience required**
- 4-5 years experience in IT, controls or cybersecurity area.
**Mandatory Technical Skills**
- Experience in documenting, implementing and testing IT control processes
**Mandatory Non Technical Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with variety of teams.
