Advance your career as a** Junior Tax Analyst** in our **Mexicali Plant**. This role will ensure compliance with tax authorities, support CMMX and CMBS, and liaise with tax consultants on IVA (value-added tax) and ISR (corporate income tax). Monitor and manage invoice statuses with tax authorities.
**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Tax Consultant Liaison**: Review and coordinate monthly and annual data requests for income tax and PTU calculations.
- **Invoicing and Payments**: Ensure alignment among SAP, SAT invoicing systems, and banking transactions for CMMX/CMBS.
- **Vendor and Intercompany Invoices**: Verify all invoices meet government requirements.
- **Statutory Accounting Adjustments**: Assist with adjustments for CMMX/CMBS.
- **VAT Cashflow Tracking**: Ensure refunds are received and track outstanding amounts. Assist tax consultants with refund processes.
- **Government Audits**: Receive and follow up on audits.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**




- **Education and Experience**:Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- **Skills**:Strong accounting and Mexican tax knowledge, advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP proficiency, and familiarity with tax authority web portals.
- **Tax Expertise**:Experience with IVA refunds, transfer pricing, corporate income tax, and monthly/annual income tax declarations.
- **Personal Attributes**:Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail.
- **Language**:Advanced English proficiency.
