We Whiten is a leading professional teeth whitening company with multiple locations across the U.S. We’re on a mission to expand our team of brand ambassadors to represent us in local markets, and we’re looking for a savvy and motivated individual to generate leads through TikTok.
Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Use TikTok to search for and engage with individuals in target geographic areas.
Conduct outreach via TikTok messaging to introduce and promote We Whiten’s ambassador program.
Follow a provided outreach strategy to connect with potential leads effectively.
Maintain organized records of leads and interactions.
Submit leads to our team for evaluation and track the progress of each.
Meet or exceed lead generation and recruitment goals.
**Requirements**:
Proficiency with TikTok and understanding of its algorithms and engagement strategies.
Excellent written communication skills for outreach messaging.




Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Basic understanding of influencer and ambassador programs is a plus.
Previous experience in lead generation or sales is a bonus but not required.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based. For every lead you successfully submit, you will earn a commission.
