- Completed Degree
- Advanced English
- At least 4 years of previous work experience in sports industry, sport, events or marketing agency, sport institution or federation, or as a journalist, professional athlete or trainer.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to design and organise events and projects of all scales




- Able to pursue a global company vision: management of strategic, marketing, communication, logistic, finance, legal and sales-oriented challenges.
- Ability to select service and manage athletes based on sportive performance, marketing and communication facts.
- Experience in Gaming, Soccer and/or motorsports.
- An understanding of sports-performance, specialist knowledge and experience. Leadership, motivation, innovation and team skills.
- Creative, innovative, open-minded, sporty, self-conscious, motivated, capable of working in a team, leadership quality.
