Reporting to our Post Production Director, we're looking for a hands-on producer to provide video post-production experience in our production team. You will work as part of a global team and manage localization/adaptation video projects across a variety of clients. Ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients' ambition, production values, and commercial targets.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Work with our Post Production Director and other producers within Jellyfish to develop and embed best practice across the team.
- Work closely with account management teams to ensure projects are delivered, on brief, on time,



and budget.
- Support in building the current post-production processes.
- Share your experience to develop the skills of the wider team.
- Embed a commercially minded culture and support the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.
- Reflect the agency's values.
- Develop client relationships and support retention and development
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in post-production, with at least 2 years focused on localization.
- Spanish and English proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of broadcast/post production workflows.
- Experience of business affairs/TV admin.
- Experience providing excellent client service.
- Prioritize across several projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite - Premiere / Photoshop/ After Effects etc
- Knowledge of TV formats, codecs, and audio standards.
- Industry relationships / Talent black book.
