**Activities**
- Manage talent, team, processes and systems capabilities to ensure compliance with SLAs for all clients.
- Ensure the operational profitability of all clients through the correct management of the site's P&L.;
- Guarantee operational excellence through the implementation, management and maintenance of all KPIs.
- Ensure that all talent is properly trained in operational processes.
- Analyze and manage WMS issues to improve the system together with the INN department.
- Cascade ORC and carry out biweekly CRR with your direct reports according to the implemented methodology.
- Ensures and promotes a healthy work environment aligned with the organizational culture and values.
Experiência y requisitos
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Degree, Commerce, Logistics
- Experience:



Minimum 4 years in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing.
- Equipment management experience.
- Knowledge: Fulfillment, Lean Manufacturing (both required)
- English: Advanced
- Others: WMS, Excel,
