Working with Rewards in FLSmidth you have a big diversity in tasks within the Rewards area. You have both general and senior management exposure whilst also engaging with colleagues in Finance as well as People & Sustainability to align rewards with other related people and performance processes.
You will be in a team of 3 senior rewards specialists reporting to the Heads of Rewards & People Analytics inside our Corporate Center.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and develop rewards principles, policies and compliance.- Managing incentive programs (Short term, Sales,



Manufacturing and Long-term incentive programs).- Executive benchmarking and position evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology.- Lead annual salary review budget and process as well as yearly out-of-cycle salary adjustment process.- Drive rewards projects such as analysis of gender pay gaps and living wages.- Work with local rewards partners to educate, support and collaborate on global processes.
Your qualifications- You have 5-10 years or more of working experience within rewards in a global organization.- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.- Great knowledge and experience of rewards theories and methodologies.- Interest and/or experience with Workday or other HR Systems.- Demonstrate high level of accountability and operational excellence in your working behavior.- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
