Marketing Project Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Project Manager in all aspects of marketing projects, including project execution and performance tracking, receiving and managing project assets, scheduling meetings and maintaining project calendars.
- Assist with the planning and execution of key marketing campaigns like events and tradeshows.
- Coordinate with the co-mkt team for marketing planning and execution.
- Assist in research on market trends, users, and competitors to improve marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a marketing or communication role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
