**Job Title**: Logistics Assistant
**Location**: San Pedro Garza Garcia, NL,66220, Mexico
**Responsibilities**:
- **Warehouse Management**:
- Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse organization standards.
- **International Multimodal Transportation**:
- Support the arrangement and scheduling of multimodal transportation, including air, sea, and land.
- Track shipments and manage documentation for seamless transit.
- **Mexican Import Customs Clearance Coordination**:
- Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with Mexican import requirements.
- Prepare necessary documentation and monitor the customs clearance process to minimize delays.
- **Inland Transportation in Mexico**:
- Oversee transportation schedules and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries across Mexico.
- Address and resolve any logístical challenges or delays with local transportation.
- **Cross-Border Services (Mexico-US)**:
- Assist in planning and executing cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with both Mexican and US regulations.




- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on both sides of the border to streamline the cross-border logistics process.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or import/export operations.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics management software is a plus.
- **Other Skills**: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
