At Koltin, we are looking for an experienced IT Analyst who can help lay the foundations of our IT infrastructure. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain our IT platform, focusing on automating processes rather than manual machine setup.
- Implement and manage identity management systems (e.g., Okta, Azure Active Directory).
- Set up and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Jamf, MobileIron) to support a diverse range of devices, maybe with third-party vendors to manage a diverse park (e.g. Growrk).
- Design and implement basic security measures, including VPNs, antivirus solutions, and other basic protections.
- Implement measures derived from getting compliant with standards like ISO 27001, SOC, PCI, etc.
- Basic policies and guides for a more secure "Bring Your Own Device environment".
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide IT support and deliver technical solutions across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues as needed.
- Continuously explore new technologies and innovations to improve IT operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT management best practices.
- Experience with identity management systems and MDM solutions.
- Familiarity with basic security measures like VPNs, antivirus solutions, and BYOD security practices.




- Ability to manage a diverse park of devices using third-party solutions.
- Strong automation mindset—prefer automating workflows over manual setup processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Location: Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City
- **Nice to have**:_ Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC, PCI, etc.).
