Launch management, secure Lauches of new vehicles on time within budget and within the quality/performance targets
Single contact point with vehicle team - Q-team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university or equivalent
10 years of experience in launches of new vehicles products in the automotive industry
Demonstrated high leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Manage product development processes, design validation, Key Process Indicators (KPI), and gate processes
Demonstrated team building & communications skills




Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, and to work with mínimal direction (ability to understand and complete next steps without guidance)
Able to manage pressure
