Sub System technical Manager
- Launch management, secure Lauches of new vehicles on time within budget and within the quality/performance targets
- Single contact point with vehicle team - Q-team
**Requirements**:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related Engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in launches of new vehicles products in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated high leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Manage product development processes, design validation, Key Process Indicators (KPI), and gate processes
- Demonstrated team building & communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, and to work with mínimal direction (ability to understand and complete next steps without guidance)
- Able to manage pressure
