Balance
Sheet Accounts reconciliations CONTPAQ & D365 Maquiladora accounts
CONTPAQ Trial balance maintenance, New Account creation
Performand book tax monthly and annual payments.
Performand submit VAT Reimbursement
Performmonthly and annual reports to INEGI
Performany other compliance tax report monthly or annual to the corresponding authorities.
Attend any tax requirements with the authorities.
Support Internal or external Audits
Book and invoice the Maquiladora Revenue and any other revenue applied to the company.
Control of all legal documents where finance is responsible.
**Payroll process Supervisor**
- Review and supervise the weekly payroll process.
- Review and supervise all payroll taxes are properly presented (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT and state tax)
- Review and supervise any otherrelated payroll process activity.
- Support to Internal or externalAudits for the payroll process.
**Accounts payable legal entity supervisor**
- Weekly Cash flow and forecast review.
- Review and supervise the legal entity Accounts payable process, including:
- Accounts payable aging




- Accruals avoiding any unrecorded liability risk.
- Support to audit requirements.
- Support to Internal or external Audits for the accounts payable process.
Experiência y requisitos
**What You'll Need (Job Requirements)**
Finance or accounting bachelor’s degree
Good English communication skills prefer.
Minimum10 Years of experience maquiladora or big 4 accounting firm experience
**Competences**
Software knowledge; CONTPAQ, D365 (preferred) or Other ERM Experience, MS Office, TRESS
Good skill communication with external consultants and tax authorities.
Able to perform an accurate and detailed work and be able to work in an independent manner following the company policies.
