Teach lean tools to all levels of the organization (Kaizen,6S + 1, TPM, Set-up reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management, Leader Std
Assists in improvement activities including training, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, tool deployment, benchmarking
Facilitate management team to identify and develop annual improvement plans consistent with and in support of the strategic plan and business operating plan
