**Job Requisition: Creative Team Manager**

**Job Summary**:
Are you an innovative leader with a knack for project management and team coordination? Our ecommerce agency is seeking a Creative Department Manager to streamline our creative workflows, enhance team communication, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at meeting deadlines, and is passionate about continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Manage Team & Workload**: Allocate tasks, optimize workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
**Improve Processes**: Continuously enhance workflows, implement new tools (AI, tech), and drive team efficiency.
**Monitor Performance**: Track project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
**Foster Communication**: Build strong communication channels across the creative team, other departments, and clients.
**Requirements**:




**Experience**: 5+ years in a creative, marketing, or project management role, with 2+ years in management.
**Skills**: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suite.
**Tech-Savvy**: Knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies is a plus.
**Collaboration**: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements.
**Must be available to work US timezone.**
**Success Metrics**:
Increased project delivery on time.
Improved internal and external communication.
Successful implementation of process improvements or new tools.
**Compensation**:

Full-time position 40 hours per week.

**Qualification**
Exceptional track record of developing, implementing, and managing business development and sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, and providing personal leadership through example
Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
High level of knowledge and domain experience within the Amazon and/or ecommerce space
Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets and budgets.
Fluent in English. Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
This position is remote. Travel requirements are to be determined, mostly US based, and not to exceed 15%.
