**YOUR ROLE**:




- **1.**Responsible for the proper execution of the process and BU/F they are assigned to.
**2.**Handles incoming calls and requests according to the knowledge acquired during the newcomer, on-job training or through knowledge sharing with other colleagues
**3.**Address all non-standard requests to the Team Manager to ensure that any process or operational gaps are identified
**4.**Executes processes according to the defined service commitments and SLA’s ensuring completeness of documentation and correctly follow up of the requests
**5.**Answers incoming inquiries (case handling) and checks incoming inquiries via different channels in terms of completeness
**6.**Ensures service continuity according to the planning defined with the team
