**Postion Description**:
- We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant (HRA)** with a sharp focus on **process improvement** and an unrelenting commitment to precision. You will oversee core HR functions including **recruitment, onboarding, performance management,** and **employee relations,** with a continuous improvement mindset. You will implement and enforce HR policies to meet compliance standards and facilitate a professional, results-driven work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Operations**: Full management of HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws.
- **Process Enhancement**: Identify inefficiencies, propose, and implement process improvements across HR functions to optimize workflow.
- **Training & Development**: Facilitate employee training programs, equipping our team with essential skills and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- **Employee Communications**: Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, and manage internal HR communications with discretion.
- **Onboarding & Offboarding** for new hires and departing employees.
- **Scheduling & Logistics**: Coordinate travel and scheduling for employees as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **18-month minimum commitment required**:
- **MUST reside in the central time zone or a similar time zone**:
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; multi-tasking capabilities are essential.
- **Excellent English** communication skills
- **Technical Expertise**:
Advanced proficiency in **Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)** and adept at adapting quickly to new tools.
- **Problem-Solver**: Solutions-focused, autonomous, and resilient under pressure.
- **Analytical Skills**: High IQ, logical thinker, strong analytical ability, quick to learn, and articulate in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $366,480.00 per year
**Experience**:
