**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects from initiation to closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee projects for two separate stakeholders in different industry sectors - Games and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
**Job Summary**:
To effectively balance the demands of two separate stakeholders in different industry sectors, you'll need strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills. Your ability to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous projects for both the stakeholders and deliver regular progress reports is crucial to this role. Some of the projects you might be handling are
- **Games - GTM for all Marketplace solution**s
- Work with partners who have onboarded solutions on the Marketplace
- Collaborate and collect the required GTM assets
- Deploy assets to field
- Games Newsletter inclusion
- Community Call inclusion
- Internal website inclusion
- Introductions to Regional leads
- Feature assets on Solutions Center
- Inclusion in EBC pitch deck
- Dedicated post to games community chat
- Add to Cloudhub
- Add the assets to Find a partner site




**CPG - Product Innovation iVN**
- Drive Product innovation accelerator with vendors (Accenture and FlutterFlow)
- Drive the weekly governance call and ensure teams are making progress with regards to the Bill of Materials
- Support in generating a pipeline of CPG customers who are interested in Product Innovation accelerator
- Prepare assets such as
- Business case
- Pitch deck
- Proposals
- Discovery
- PoC plan
- Co-ordinate and ensure that the Workshops for each customer and the PoC are moving forward and assist in removing any blockers
**CPG - Customer Reference (CR) creation**
- Create customer References based on the information available in the Public Domain
- The slide should convey the story in a way which highlights the required use case
- Work with different FSRs and account managers to get quotes from client leadership for Customer references
- Ideate with the team and dig deep to Identify quantifiable metrics that can be used as part of the CR
- Acquire all the necessary approvals once the CR is ready
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, communicating project status, and managing expectations.
- Prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and switching between projects seamlessly
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion
- Effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and customers, to achieve project goals with mínimal supervision.
