*Job Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute recruitment plans independently or in collaboration with relevant departments, in line with the company's strategic goals and staffing needs.
- Be familiar with local Mexican labor laws and handle the publication of job postings across multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct preliminary phone interviews and assessments.
- Build and maintain a talent pool, regularly conducting market research to enhance the coverage and quality of recruitment channels.
*Qualifications:*
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of recruitment-related experience, with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.




- Knowledge of recruitment market trends and effective use of recruitment channels, especially headhunting, social recruiting, and internal referrals.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to optimize recruitment strategies and processes based on data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for handling complex data.
- High level of responsibility and team collaboration skills, capable of ensuring efficient recruitment work in a high-pressure environment.
