**Job Title: Senior UX Designer**
**Department**: Software Engineering
**Reports To**: CTO
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** User Experience Design**: Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences that solve complex problems for our users, ensuring that designs are intuitive, accessible, and effective.
- ** Finance & Accounting Knowledge**: Utilize your knowledge of finance and/or accounting to create designs that resonate with professionals in the field, understanding their unique needs and workflows.
- ** Rapid Prototyping**: Create interactive prototypes quickly to test and iterate on design concepts, ensuring that feedback is incorporated efficiently into the product development cycle.
- ** Agile Collaboration**: Work in a collaborative, Agile environment with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to iterate on designs and deliver impactful user experiences.
- ** Prototypes & Mock-ups**: Design high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and development teams.
- ** Usability Testing**: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously refine designs, ensuring the final product meets user needs and business objectives.
- ** Mentorship & Leadership**:



Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX designers, helping to elevate design standards across the team.
- ** Proficient in English**
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role with a focus on user-centered design.
- Strong background in **finance** and/or **accounting**, with an understanding of key industry concepts, tools, and workflows.
- Expertise in **rapid prototyping** using tools like Sketch, **Figma**, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of **Agile** methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Proficiency in designing **prototypes** and **mock-ups** to communicate design solutions clearly.
- Ability to create **high-fidelity visual designs** that align with brand guidelines and provide a seamless user experience.
- Experience conducting **user research** and **usability testing** to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- A portfolio that showcases strong design work, including UX and UI design examples, particularly in finance, accounting, or related domains.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with design systems and maintaining consistency across products.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development processes (not required but a plus).
