You support our team as
HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducts training needs analysis, no less than annually.
- Coordinates the training process to satisfy group and individual training needs.
- Develop training material.
- Coordinates ILU system and QSI training database.
- Keep training records for salary and hourly employees.
- Conducts new employee orientations
- Recommends and/or prepares and distributes plant wide employee communications.
- Compliance with federal, state and corporate regulations
- contact training providers
- Coordinate the logistics of training events.
- standardization of training materials
- Manage the training procedure PR .
- Manage Job Description procedure PR .
**Qualifications**:
- Requires a Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources or Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Recruitment Process, Selection Process, Legal Requirements,compensation, Interpretation of psychometric tests, Knowledge in carrying out procedures before IMSS and INFONAVIT, Dealing with people (absenteeisms, turnover, issues, etc.), Workday System, Social Responsability (Freudenberg programs, VC Programs
