Support **Third-Party Risk & Compliance** Manager in the day-to-day activities to comply the objectives across the Americas Region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend data privacy requests made by Nissan/ Infiniti clients.
- Conduct due diligence processes for vendors.
- Report conflict of interest reviews and Gifts & Hospitality management.
- Monitoring of Specialized Suppliers in Mexico
- Ensure governance and compliance standards are upheld across the area.
- Supports both internal and external audits as required.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in law, administration, business, or related fields.
**Experience**:
- 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law, **Compliance**, Risks, Audit, **Third-Party Management** or similar in integral companies.
- Experience in Shared Services/ Hubs is a plus.
