**About the Job**:
As an RTR Accountant I, you’ll be responsible for executing key transactional accounting activities while ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial documentation. You’ll work closely with internal teams to provide critical accounting support and help improve processes across the organization. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will collaborate with international teams.
**In your future role as an RTR Accountant I you will**:** Transactional Accounting**:
- Post manual and recurring journal entries
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve differences
- Perform intercompany accounting, reconcile current accounts and accruals
- Assist in month-end closing activities like depreciation and revaluation
- Handle salary uploads, rebates, and commissions accounting
- Process FX hedging
**Financial Analysis & Reporting**:
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement positions to identify errors and propose improvements
- Manage your workload to ensure timely execution, especially during month-end close
- Follow up on suspense account clearances and intercompany reconciliations
- Provide monthly reports and balance sheet reconciliations
**Support & Improvement**:
- Participate in process efficiency projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Collaborate with internal teams (controlling, reporting, customer service, etc.) to improve workflows




- Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate guidelines
**We believe you bring**:
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years in accounting (payables, receivables, or cash)
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel is a must)
**Education**:
- Bachelors (Licenciatura) in Accounting or related field
- Fluent in English** (must have)**
**Skills**:
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a hands-on approach

- This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the RTR Manager in Mexico City.
