Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance? Join our operative area as a Quality Auxiliary, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining high product quality standards during loading and unloading processes. In this role, you’ll conduct product quality assurance audits to ensure all products meet customer expectations.
You’ll also update daily inspection results, report deviations to the relevant teams, and oversee compliance with transportation programs. Additionally, you’ll track incidents, identify trends, and collaborate with the transportation team to implement corrective actions. This position is located in Querétaro.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Quality Assurance**: Implement and supervise product quality standards according to specifications. Support customer complaint investigations and execute action plans.
**Operations Communication**: Report quality deviations to operations leads during inspections and propose immediate corrective actions. Execute training on finished product quality standards and develop OPLs based on customer requirements.
**Logistics Oversight**: Ensure compliance with transport programs during unloading and loading processes. Track incidents, identify trends, and collaborate with the transport team to implement corrective actions.
**Continuous Improvement**: Supervise and promote continuous improvement in quality practices with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
We’re Looking for Someone With
**Desired**: 1-year experience in similar role or professional internship.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Effective communications skills.
