**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Shipment Tracking & Monitoring**:
- Track and monitor full truckload shipments from origin to destination using transportation management systems (TMS) and carrier portals.
- Provide real-time updates on shipment status, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and potential delays.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Notify Account Managers and/or customers of any changes to delivery schedules, delays, or incidents.
- **Issue Resolution**:
- Proactively identify and address issues such as transit delays, route deviations, or accidents.
- Work closely with carriers and operations teams to resolve problems promptly and minimize service disruptions.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment details, including load status, delivery confirmations, and exceptions.
- Use analytics to identify trends in carrier performance and transit times.
- **Carrier Relations**:




- Build and maintain positive relationships with carriers and drivers to ensure reliable service.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage (full truckload experience preferred).
- Familiarity with TMS platforms, carrier portals, and freight tracking tools.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
