Location: Querétaro, Mexico
**Salary Range - $85,000-115,000 USD.**
**Position Responsibilities**
CJ Logistics is seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Country Human Resources Director to lead the HR function for our operations in Mexico, driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the company’s objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
**Strategic HR Leadership**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business goals in Mexico.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs.
**Talent Acquisition and Management**:
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build an inclusive workforce.
- Implement talent management programs to nurture employee learning/development and career progression.
**Employee Relations**:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues Develop action plans to address attrition and employee engagement initiatives.
**Performance Management**:
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and high performance.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

**Training and Development**:

**Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure compliance with local employment and labor laws/regulations
- .Monitor changes in employment legislation and adapt company policies accordingly.
**HR Metrics and Reporting**:
- Analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and key indicators.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required.
