**Who You’ll Work With**
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst who exudes professionalism, etiquette, adaptability, foresight, and resourcefulness. This individual must have a demonstrated commitment to excellence and be comfortable performing daily tasks that are critical to the rhythm of our business. They must be obsessed with the details, a creative problem solver, and capable of seeing the big picture. We are looking for someone comfortable with evaluating existing processes and operational issues to come up with solutions and outside-the-box ideas.
**What You’ll Do**
Utilize internal business systems to assist Slalom customer account teams with day-to-day management, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service
- Support our key accounts as part of our growing operations team.
- Ensure that opportunity details and Salesforce data are up to date to ensure that data quality, accuracy, and timeliness do not affect reporting used to drive operational visibility.
- Facilitate project setup and change orders with Slalom engagement management office (e.g., contract signatures, internal bill codes, time reconciliation).
- Manage account onboarding process, time entry, and invoicing for key accounts.
- Track project burn rates on a weekly basis and drive earlier and more consistent opportunity management.
- Support billing reconciliation & assist in accounts receivable coordination as directed.
- Assist account leaders with identifying, obtaining, tracking, and managing engagement/project details.
**What You’ll Bring**
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Intermediate to advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the willingness to take action and find opportunities to support.
- Strong technology skills - including Microsoft Tools, PowerBI, and Salesforce experience - is a plus.
- Financial reporting experience is a plus.
- Able to spend up to 3 days a week working in the office.
