Global Mobility Services Specialist - Mergers and Acquisitions
Location: SLP
Key Responsibilities:
- M&A; Support: Provide guidance and support for all mobility-related aspects of M&A; transactions, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with global tax, immigration, and employment laws for employees involved in M&A; activities.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, finance, and external service providers, to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement mobility policies and procedures specific to M&A; activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on mobility-related metrics and compliance for M&A; projects.
- Employee Support:



Partner with external service providers to give exceptional employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general mobility or related field, M&A; experience desired.
- Strong knowledge of global tax, immigration, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
