As a Metalfab Strategic Procurement Manager, you will participate in the establishment of Metalfab raw material purchasing strategies, with the main objective of saving and locating a supplier base and define specific action objectives for Strategic Buyers.

**This is what you will do in this role**:
- Develop, monitor and control the execution of Metalfab purchasing strategies for MTY and DDC operating units.
- Analysis of risks and opportunities in the Metalfab strategic purchasing process.
- Demonstrated ability to solve, and to lead others in solving, complex analytical problems.
- Ability to think strategically, negotiate skillfully, digest complex details, and use sound judgment and initiative in making decisions.

- Follow Compliance Policy and ensure adherence of the policy within the department.
**What we are looking for**:
- 8 to 10 years in the procurement area (strategic purchasing, purchasing, supply chain or experience related to the supply chain).
- Experience leading a team
- Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Applications, ISO-9001, 14001, 45001
- Experience with lean six sigma and continuous improvement projects preferred.
- Any APIC certification preferred.
- Advanced excel knowledge and experience.
- Experience in project-based manufacturing environment is a plus.
