Data Analytics Manager at BairesDev
Seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead our data analytics team, driving insights that inform strategic decisions across the company. In this leadership role, you'll oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support business objectives. Your responsibility will include guiding a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics projects. Your strategic vision and managerial skills will be key in leveraging data to achieve operational excellence and competitive advantage.
What you will do
- Spearhead the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives, leveraging data to validate new strategies.
- Generate, test, and validate hypotheses using detailed data analysis, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing comprehensive reports and insights to guide decision-making.
- Actively participate in the leadership and strategic planning of the Data Analysis team,



shaping the direction and priorities.
- Foster collaboration with data product managers to create and enhance data products that meet strategic business goals.
- Work closely with senior management to align data analysis efforts with broader organizational needs, ensuring data supports key initiatives.
- Lead efforts to cultivate a data-driven culture, promoting data literacy and the value of analytics across all levels of the organization.
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or similar fields.
- Mastery of SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
- Comprehensive experience in data visualization and narrative techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong capacity for building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced level of English.
